G Series Granulation

Induction Automatic Granulating Machine combines speed, safety and quality in the production of precious metal granules with different capacity options from 3 kg to 15 kg.
 Our machine pours the melted material directly into the mold or water in a controlled manner, thanks to the automatic stopper system that works with motor power rather than by hand .
 This technology allows the molten metal to reach the water quickly, without freezing, thus maximizing the shape and quality of the granules. This prevents coagulation and deformation that might occur during the water-pouring process, resulting in more uniform and shiny granules.

 Note: Cooling system not included. Must be used with an external water cooling unit. Melting capacity may vary depending on the type of metal. (Values given for gold are based on the data.) Granulation quality is directly related to the purity of the crucible and granulation water used. An automatic granulation kit is optionally available on models.
